Cary J. Collins has been involved in the public sector for over two decades and is experienced in Municipal Law having served as a Village Trustee.   

Thomas S. Radja is experienced in police and fire discipline defense cases before police and fire commissions, civil service and Merit Boards. 

Cary J. Collins and Thomas S. Radja have given seminary instruction and written numerous articles on topics including public pension issues and disability benefits. 

Thomas S. Radja  represents employees in workers compensation, disability, and general labor and employment matters. 

Cary J. Collins serves on the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation Advisory Panel,  the Judicial Inquiry Board, and he is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
