On Autust 10, 2012, a Cook County Jury Returned a verdict against Mr. Radja’s former Employer, Richard J. Reimer & Associates, to the tune of $132,274.60. The Jury found that Richard J. Reimer & Associates breached Mr. Radja’s employment agreement by failing to pay him 30% of a fee recieved when the firm was successful in winning a 3.7 million dollar verdict for a terminated police officer. After 5 years of litigation and a week long jury trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Mr. Radja finding that his former employer cheated him out of a contracted for benefit after Mr. Radja performed a substaintal amount of work that lead to the police officer obtaining a successful outcome in his wrongful termination case.
